If you’re wanting to make it an entire day of celebrating, after the parade you can head over to Straight to Ale on Leeman Ferry. Straight to Ale is hosting their 4th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Party from 2-11pm. Even though Straight to Ale is a brewery this event is family friendly and free for all ages. Entertainment will be abundant and the Food Fighters food truck will be in attendance with plenty of traditional Irish food for you to purchase and enjoy.
Are you an early riser? Jefferson St. Pub in collaboration with Rocket 95.1 will host their 2016 Kegs ‘N Eggs celebration from 10am-12pm. This is for 21+ and will include $5 All You Can Eat Breakfast! And if you’re ready to start drinking that early they will have their signature GREEN beer and numerous other Irish themed drink specials.
Bonus Sunday event!
Starting at Discovery Middle School from 1-5pm is Madison’s St. Patricks Day Family Parade and Pet Walk. Wear your best Irish ensemble and bring a non-perishable food item to support St. Vincent de Paul food bank and The Madison Animal Rescue Foundation.
